As program managers, we do not design or construct schools. This is because our sole focus is on providing school districts with the resources and oversight to ensure they maximize their dollars, make informed decisions, and execute successful projects.

We serve as a representative of our clients at all times and act in their best interests, which cannot be done as thoroughly by consultants who also offer design and construction services in addition to the owner’s representation.
